Answers before we talk through your project.
Practical answers about Morphuse Digital projects, pricing, ecommerce builds, Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, SEO, paid ads, automation and ongoing support.
Projects and pricing
Most projects are quoted based on scope, platform, content, complexity and business goals. Starting prices are useful, but they are not a magic crystal ball.
How much does a Morphuse Digital project cost?
Most projects are quoted after we understand what needs to be built, improved or connected. Pricing depends on the platform, number of pages or products, design complexity, integrations, content, SEO requirements, tracking setup and timeline.
If a pricing page shows a starting point, treat it as a guide, not a fixed quote for every possible project. A simple landing page and a full ecommerce system with automation are obviously not the same beast.
Do you require a deposit before starting?
Yes, most projects require a deposit or upfront payment before work starts. The remaining balance is usually paid at agreed milestones, before launch or on completion, depending on the size and structure of the project.
Can you give me a fixed price?
Yes, where the scope is clear. Fixed pricing works best when the requirements, pages, features, integrations and content responsibilities are properly defined before work begins.
If the project is likely to change during delivery, we may quote by phase or separate additional work clearly.
What happens if I need extra work during the project?
Extra work outside the agreed scope can usually be added, but it may require a revised quote, extra invoice, separate phase or adjusted timeline.
This keeps the project clean and prevents the classic “just one small change” turning into a second website hiding inside the first one.
Ecommerce and websites
Morphuse focuses heavily on Shopify, WooCommerce and conversion-focused websites, especially where design, performance and structure need to support real business growth.
Do you only work with ecommerce businesses?
Ecommerce is a major focus, but not the only one. We also build and improve service websites, landing pages, lead generation websites and business systems.
That said, our strongest work is usually where the website needs to generate sales, enquiries, bookings or measurable business outcomes.
Do you build Shopify stores?
Yes. We build and improve Shopify stores, including custom sections, homepage structure, product pages, collection layouts, navigation, conversion improvements, speed optimisation, app setup and general ecommerce strategy.
We can also help with store redesigns, product structure, metafields, filters, SEO foundations and Shopify-specific technical improvements.
Do you build WooCommerce stores?
Yes. We work with WooCommerce for businesses that prefer WordPress-based ecommerce or need more control over content, structure and custom functionality.
WooCommerce can be a strong option when it is built properly. Built badly, it becomes a plugin museum with a checkout button attached. We try to avoid that disaster.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We can improve the structure, design, user experience, mobile layout, speed, conversion flow, messaging, tracking and SEO foundations of an existing website.
In some cases, improving the current site is enough. In other cases, rebuilding properly is cleaner and more cost-effective than fighting an old setup held together by hope and outdated plugins.
Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes, where possible we build websites and stores so that normal content updates can be managed after handover. This may include editable sections, CMS areas, Shopify theme settings, WordPress content areas or product management tools.
More technical changes, layout changes or integrations may still require developer support.
SEO and ads
SEO and paid advertising work best when the website is actually ready to convert. Otherwise you are paying to send traffic into a wall, which is a surprisingly popular strategy.
Do you offer SEO after launch?
Yes. We can support technical SEO, on-page optimisation, ecommerce SEO, keyword alignment, metadata, content structure, internal linking, blog planning and ongoing improvement work.
SEO is not a one-click switch. It usually works best as an ongoing process built around structure, content quality, technical health and search intent.
Can you guarantee SEO rankings?
No, and anyone guaranteeing specific Google rankings is either lying, guessing or selling nonsense with a nice invoice template.
We can improve the technical foundation, content structure, keyword targeting and overall SEO quality, but rankings depend on competition, domain history, content, authority, market demand and Google’s own systems.
Can you manage Google Ads or Meta Ads?
Yes. We can help with Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign setup, account clean-up, tracking, landing page alignment, audience structure, ad copy and performance review.
For paid ads to work properly, the offer, website, budget, audience and follow-up process all need to make sense. Ads do not magically fix a weak offer or a broken landing page.
Do you set up tracking and conversions?
Yes. We can help set up or improve tracking for form submissions, quote requests, calls, purchases, checkout events, ads conversions, analytics and reporting.
Proper tracking is important because without it, marketing becomes a very expensive guessing game with graphs.
Automation and systems
We help connect websites, stores, forms, CRM tools and workflows so businesses waste less time moving information around manually like it is 2009.
Can you connect my website with a CRM?
Yes. We can connect contact forms, quote forms, ecommerce activity and lead sources with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or other platforms where suitable.
This can help with lead capture, follow-ups, sales pipelines, client records, internal notifications and reporting.
Can you automate parts of my business process?
Yes. We can help automate practical workflows such as form submissions, email notifications, order reports, CRM updates, task creation, client follow-ups, reminders and internal admin processes.
The goal is not automation for the sake of looking clever. The goal is to remove repetitive work and make the business easier to run.
Do you work with Zoho, Make or similar tools?
Yes. We can work with tools such as Zoho, Make, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, email platforms, forms, spreadsheets and other business systems depending on the workflow.
The exact setup depends on what needs to happen, what tools you already use and how reliable the integration needs to be.
Support and maintenance
Launching the site is not always the end. Sometimes it is the beginning of the actually-useful part.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Ongoing support can cover website improvements, technical fixes, new sections, SEO support, ads management, analytics, reporting, automation updates and general digital support.
The exact support arrangement depends on what you need and whether it is best handled as ad-hoc work, a monthly retainer or a separate project phase.
Can you maintain a website you did not build?
Sometimes. We first need to review the setup, platform, theme, plugins, hosting, access and general condition of the site.
If the website is stable and sensible, we can usually help. If it is a technical bin fire, we may recommend a rebuild or clean-up first.
Do you provide training after handover?
Yes, where agreed. Training can cover how to update pages, manage products, handle enquiries, use the CMS, check orders or understand basic workflows.
For larger systems, we can also prepare written guidance, short walkthroughs or internal documentation.
Working together
Good projects need clear scope, good communication and realistic expectations. Revolutionary concept, apparently.
What do you need from me before starting?
Usually we need a clear brief, access to relevant platforms, brand assets, website content, product or service information, examples of sites you like, business goals and any existing analytics, SEO or advertising data if available.
If you do not have everything ready, that is fine. We can help organise the process, but delays in content, access or feedback can affect timelines.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the project. A focused landing page or smaller improvement project may be quicker, while a full ecommerce build, redesign or system integration can take longer.
Timelines depend on scope, content readiness, platform complexity, feedback speed and any third-party tools involved.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. Morphuse Digital can work remotely with businesses in the UK, Poland and internationally, depending on the project and communication requirements.
What is the best way to start?
The best first step is to submit the quote form or send a short email explaining what you need, what platform you use, your current website if you have one, your rough goals and any specific issues you want solved.
From there, we can suggest the right next step, whether that is a quick review, a quote, an audit, a strategy call or a phased project plan.
Still not sure what you need?
Send the quote form with a short description of your website, store, idea or problem. We will help you understand whether you need a build, redesign, SEO support, ads, automation or a more structured plan.
